How we build repairs
Concrete fails for a reason: a washed-out base, tree roots, missing joints, too little thickness or steel. Patching over the symptom without fixing the cause means the same crack comes back. We look at the whole picture before recommending a fix.
When a section is beyond repair we saw-cut clean lines, remove it, rebuild the base and pour new concrete that matches the existing finish and joint layout as closely as possible.

Why homeowners and businesses choose TCP Concrete
Fix the cause, not the symptom
We correct base, drainage and joint problems so the repair lasts.
Honest recommendation
If a repair will not hold, we say so and quote the replacement instead.
Clean, matched results
Saw-cut edges and matched finishes keep repaired sections from standing out.
Our process
- Free on-site estimate. We measure, check drainage and access, and discuss finishes. You receive a written, itemized estimate.
- Permits and scheduling. We tell you whether a permit or HOA approval is needed and handle the paperwork.
- Demolition and base. Old concrete is removed, the sub-base is compacted and forms are set to drain.
- Reinforcement and pour. Steel goes in, concrete is placed, finished and jointed.
- Curing and walkthrough. We protect the new concrete while it cures and walk the finished job with you.
Frequently asked questions
Should I repair or replace my cracked driveway?
Hairline cracks and one or two settled panels are usually repairable. Widespread cracking, large height differences or a failing base usually mean replacement is the better value. We give you both options when both make sense.
Can sunken concrete be lifted?
In some cases, but in South Florida's sandy soils we usually get a longer-lasting result by replacing the section on a rebuilt, compacted base.
How quickly can you fix a trip hazard?
Small section replacements are often completed in a day or two, plus curing time before heavy use.
