This Privacy Policy explains how Top Concrete and Paver LLC, doing business as TCP Concrete ("TCP Concrete," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit tcp-concrete.com (the "Site") or request an estimate from us.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you submit our estimate request form, call us or text us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the ZIP code of the project, the service and project type you select, any project details you write in the message field, and your contact consent choice.
• Information collected automatically: our web server records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and date/time of the visit. We use your IP address to prevent spam and abuse of our contact form.
• Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the Site. See Cookies and analytics below.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your estimate request and contact you about your project by phone, email or text message, as you agreed on the form (see Text messaging below).
• To prepare quotes, schedule site visits and provide our services.
• To keep the Site secure and protect it from spam and fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business (for example, our web hosting and email providers, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies), who may use it only to provide those services to us, or when required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site: for example, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser used, the approximate location (city or region) and whether the estimate form was sent. We use this information only to improve the Site and our services.

• Cookies used: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which are kept for up to 2 years.
• No advertising: we do not use Google Analytics for advertising or remarketing, and advertising storage stays disabled.

How to reject analytics. When you first visit the Site, a banner lets you Accept or Reject analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded until you click Accept; if you click Reject, it is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage for 12 months. Apart from analytics, the Site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

You decide whether we may text you. Our estimate form includes a consent checkbox; by checking it you agree that TCP Concrete may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS) and email about your estimate request at the number and email you provide. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-ups and customer-service messages about your project. We do not send marketing text messages.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your project; up to 10 messages per day.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also email info@tcp-concrete.com or call (844) 926-6273.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the details below.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messages are handled through our business phone provider; message records are retained for business purposes.

6. Data retention

We keep estimate requests and related communications for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

7. Security

The Site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@tcp-concrete.com.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
