Concrete work in Miami
Our shop is in Miami, so most Miami projects are a short drive from our yard; site visits for estimates are easy to schedule.
Permits for driveways, sidewalks and slabs go through the City of Miami Building Department or Miami-Dade County, depending on where the property sits. We tell you upfront what your project needs.
Many Miami homes have narrow lots and shared swales: we plan drainage so new concrete does not push rainwater toward the house or the neighbor.
We serve all of Miami, including Coconut Grove, Brickell, Little Havana, Coral Way, Shenandoah, Flagami, Westchester, Allapattah, Upper East Side and Morningside. Licensed and insured, with free on-site estimates and written quotes.
Projects Miami homeowners ask us for most
Driveway replacement on 50-foot lots
Tear-out of cracked 1950s–1980s driveways and new slab or broom-finish driveways sized to the lot, with the apron rebuilt at the swale.
Pool decks and backyard slabs
Diagonal slab patterns with turf joints around pools in Coral Way and Shenandoah backyards, sloped to drain away from the house.
Small commercial pads
Dumpster pads, loading areas and sidewalk sections for shops and warehouses in Allapattah and along the river.

Questions we hear in Miami
Who issues the permit for a driveway in Miami?
Inside city limits it is the City of Miami Building Department; in unincorporated areas it is Miami-Dade County. Work at the swale or sidewalk also needs Public Works approval. We handle the application.
Can a Miami driveway be widened?
Usually yes, within the city's limits on impervious cover and the width allowed at the curb cut. We check your zoning before quoting.
Do you work around big trees?
Yes. We plan joints and reinforcement around roots and keep the required distance from protected trees so the permit is approved.
